Our Story

Founded in 1990 as a small family butcher shop in Hadımköy, Mireret combined three generations of meat industry knowledge with modern technology. In 2005, we opened our 12,000 m² integrated facility, bringing slaughter, cutting, cold storage, and logistics under one roof. Today we produce over 15,000 tons annually, serving 120+ dealers across Istanbul, Tekirdağ, Kocaeli, and Bursa.
