Mireret Et Food Industry and Trade Inc. ("Mireret Et") processes your personal data as data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

Processed Personal Data

Identity information (name, surname), contact information (phone, email, address), professional information (company name, tax number, title), transaction security data (IP address, cookie records), and request/complaint information may be processed.

Purposes of Processing

Your personal data is processed for evaluating quote requests, processing dealer applications, managing order and supply processes, customer relationship management, fulfilling legal obligations, and conducting corporate communication activities.

Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred to authorized public institutions, service providers (email, hosting, analytics), and business partners in compliance with Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK.

Your Rights

Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information, learn the purpose of processing, know third parties to whom data is transferred, request correction, deletion, or destruction of incomplete or inaccurate data.
